Nelson Mandela and Auu Sang Suu Kyi

Nelson Mandela was South African, he was president of South Africa from 1994 to 1999.

After being imprisoned for over 27 years serving a life sentence, was released Nelson Mandela received the Nobel Peace Prize and was democratically elected as president of his country.

There are films about the life of Nelson Mandela, however I wanted to remember that today is a woman who has lived a very similar to that of Mandela life and maybe do not know, by the fact of being a woman, has not been promoted and is not known as Mandela.

Her name is Auu Sang Suu Kyi, I've talked about her life in the blog: do not care about politics? I think it's a good time to remember that we still alive super-valuable people.

Suu Kyi is a Burmese political activist, in 1991 received the Nobel Peace Prize, he spent 21 years in detention.

I invite you to read it.

Humanitarian policy

She entered the bank with cell ear, was the extorcionador telling him how much deposit which had apparently had kidnapped his daughter ... nobody at the bank told her she was not allowed to talk on cell phones in the bank, it was formed for a long time and lots of money deposited ...

At a bus stop, she had her baby arms, stumbled and fell, no one helped him up, it was a bit long lying on the floor, until he could sit up by itself ...

A family living in poverty, no dad, died long ago, live on his pension, the mother can not read or write, have nothing to eat and no neighbor can help ... at least to receive a pantry DIF ...

I can list countless stories that maybe you or maybe you suffered long you spent being part of a humanitarian effort ...

Maybe each human beings have our own humanitarian policy or not it simply, but perhaps should be regulated not you think so? ... Obviously this has to do with empathy, put some in another's shoes, but by so fast life, stay out of trouble, in order thousand things, people do not get involved in helping others by humanity. ..

Imagine what would happen if it were regulated if no "complaints" to the DIF to your neighbor starve, if you do not raise a woman who tripped and fell with the baby in her arms, or ask the lady what happens when you see he's all nervous talking on the cell, ... you would to a certain creditor sanction from the government?

They could report you for humanitarian indifference, even within the workplace, so do not ask, hello, how you followed the flu?

I know what you tell me, do not invent, it's too much, but it really may be would stop only thinking about ourselves and could be more humane.

Even having a humanitarian policy would help to have fewer suicides, fewer frustrated people and happier people because being empathic and help others help to happiness !!!...

I AM IN FAVOR OF A HUMANITARIAN POLICY!!!!!

LICITATION... 2nd Part.

Tenders may be public or private, that are made at the municipal, state and federal level, they may be in person, electronic or mixed.

The stages of a bid are: Call (content, formalities, effects, bases, annexes); bid Meeting; Integration proposals; Submission of proposals; qualitative evaluation of propositions (evaluation criteria); Fault (types of opinion).

In your country, must be different ways to bid, but here in Mexico although there are resources to lower by a tender, it is so cumbersome, complicated, lengthy, tedious, and out of step with the needs of the projects that most prefers not to go to these calls.

Here I leave a link so that I can meet in Mexico tenders:

Until next monday.

I live in a state that is behind many things in education, technology and much more, among others, bids!

A few months ago right in the rainy season, they wanted to pave a street that made a chaos in the city. . . tenders are apparently too soon, so they had to start at full rain but it did not have year in the city would have a tremendous amount of rain!!, so they had to stop the work and gave traffic pain leading to more than one.

Now I do not know why, but another important avenues, is also in chaos, put something on the floor that makes it stand up a lot of dust and it seems that a mist. . . again, the tenders?? I do not know if the budget would not complete all there nothing left unfinished ill post!

But what is a licitation?

Is the administrative procedure for the procurement of supplies, performance of services or works that celebrate the bodies, organizations and entities within the Public Sector.

WHAT IS YOUR SALARY?

If you log in to check your statistics in the world, there are people who on average earn about 400 DLS month, in Mexico there is a huge difference between managers and what it receives an employee that just started at a company.

On average in the world, a manager earns a little more than 8 times what an average employee earns.

In a matter of politicians, their wages should be regulated by law not to exceed the salary of an average worker, because its function is to serve society.

And for many, the recommendation for those who wish to make money is to create businesses and employ others, and not at the expense of citizens.

According to some research the salary of a manager in Mexico hovers around 10 000 DLS, ie more than 131 thousand Mexican pesos month. For a politician, between 100 thousand Mexican pesos month.

What is your salary? What do you do or do not become a businessman, politician or manager? What is your life policy in how wages? For how you see? What would you do to have a salary of 10 000 DLS month? Your salary is close to display here?

I read you.

POLITICAL PARTIES. WORK BAGS??

You thought: Why do people join a political campaign?

Here are some ideas for the site Más Libertad:

  • A political party is an association whose purpose is to select a number of people and present them to lead a government body.
  • As an association whose purpose is power, meets the worst vices and defects of associations.
  • Not all games are equal, most ambitious people normally do not get into a game in which you have little chance of governing, but are part of the governing or who believe they will govern, and the political ideas public will manifest in party ideas, even if you arrive to govern their best interest is always the advantage.

I see some individuals entering a political party in order to get a job, most of them, obviously betting the highest bidder, but there are a few who are those who manage that do not match the ideals, but by the power exclusivelyWhen a party loses its power out in disarray.

Here in Mexico not every game is for youth, for example, or for the promotion of women ...

We have the example of the National Action Party, which they lost the presidential election and took important participants say as PAN was bankrupt.

And you? To what political party you belong and why? Have you read the rules of your game? Ideals you really care?

I read you.

CORRUPTION

This week I heard, is that everyone here is "do favors" and if you do you will make them look really bad.
I am told that it is rare other where you go to process any kind are corruption and influence peddling ...

According to wikipedia is called abuse of power, corruption or misconduct, in the following cases:
or political corruption, abuse of power by the public for personal gain
or tax Corruption.
or sexual corruption.
or sports Corruption

Mexico is a highly corrupt country

Influence peddling according to wikipedia, is illegal, or at least morally objectionable means using personal influence in areas of government or business, through connections with people, and in order to obtain favors or treatment preferential. Naturally seek connections with friends or acquaintances to get information, and persons exercising authority or that are empowered, and often this occurs in exchange for a payment in cash or in kind, or providing some kind of privilege. However, the illegal nature of influence peddling is relative: the OECD has often used the expression "undue influence traffic" to refer to illegal or questionable acts.

All we ever desperate with a slow and problematic process, so that we have all contributed to corruption and influence peddling in one way or another.

Influence peddling is illegal in France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Brazil, Argentina, Romania, Colombia, Cuba, and Venezuela.

Best of all, when talks with people who are considered not to be partakers of influence peddling and corruption. Amazing is not it?

And you?, What is your level of corruption if you could measure yourself? What makes you use influence peddling? ...

I read you.

Increíble no?

Y tú?, cuál es tu nivel de corrupción si pudieras medirte? ¿Qué es lo que te hace utilizar el tráfico de influencias? ...

FREEDOM. Part 2

Last Monday was the day of independence in Mexico. Thinking about freedom, and all that entails, you can think of freedom of speech, dress, religion, thought, etc.

Many countries suffer from many kinds of freedom. In Mexico there is a serious problem with freedom of expression, by enlisting just one ...

But related to freedom of thought, we have the example of what I spoke a few weeks agofor San Suu Kyi, who despite not having his physical liberty had their freedom of thought.

Is freedom a determination itself then?

How important is having the freedom of thought rather than physics?

Think that freedom of thought is the first step and since there are no longer many countries in "slavery" we think we are free human beings.

Then why humans we remain slaves?

Do you depend? Do you enslave? Why limit yourself?

Benito Juarez said, "Free, and my sacred is the right mindset ... Education is key to social happiness, is the principle on which rests the freedom and greatness of the people".

Jean Paul Sartre: "My freedom ends where that of others"  "Who is authentic, takes responsibility for what he is and recognizes free to be what it is."

FREEDOM. Part one.

We can all talk about freedom, but live it, feel it, take place in our lives? Maybe not.

Of freedom, much has been made of it in politics, has inspired poems, songs, paintings, etc.

This time I wanted to take this subject because yesterday I heard someone talking about it.

Mexico is a free country, indeed our Constitution says that Mexico is a free and sovereign in all matters relating to their internal laws, this marks it as Article 1.

But what is freedom to you?

For wikipedia Freedom is the ability of human beings to act according to his own will, throughout his life.

The state of freedom defines the situation, circumstances or conditions who is not a slave, nor subject, nor prevented the willingness of others to coercively. In other words, that which allows humans to decide whether to do something or not do it free, but also accountable.

You've heard the phrase, my freedom ends where the other begins? What is your limit freedom?

Regard your free country? Why?.

Until next Monday. I read you.
