I live in a state that is behind many things in education, technology and much more, among others, bids!
A few months ago right in the rainy season, they wanted to pave a street that made a chaos in the city. . . tenders are apparently too soon, so they had to start at full rain but it did not have year in the city would have a tremendous amount of rain!!, so they had to stop the work and gave traffic pain leading to more than one.
Now I do not know why, but another important avenues, is also in chaos, put something on the floor that makes it stand up a lot of dust and it seems that a mist. . . again, the tenders?? I do not know if the budget would not complete all there nothing left unfinished ill post!
But what is a licitation?
Is the administrative procedure for the procurement of supplies, performance of services or works that celebrate the bodies, organizations and entities within the Public Sector.
