Nelson Mandela and Auu Sang Suu Kyi

Nelson Mandela was South African, he was president of South Africa from 1994 to 1999.

After being imprisoned for over 27 years serving a life sentence, was released Nelson Mandela received the Nobel Peace Prize and was democratically elected as president of his country.

There are films about the life of Nelson Mandela, however I wanted to remember that today is a woman who has lived a very similar to that of Mandela life and maybe do not know, by the fact of being a woman, has not been promoted and is not known as Mandela.

Her name is Auu Sang Suu Kyi, I've talked about her life in the blog: do not care about politics? I think it's a good time to remember that we still alive super-valuable people.

Suu Kyi is a Burmese political activist, in 1991 received the Nobel Peace Prize, he spent 21 years in detention.

I invite you to read it.

Humanitarian policy

She entered the bank with cell ear, was the extorcionador telling him how much deposit which had apparently had kidnapped his daughter ... nobody at the bank told her she was not allowed to talk on cell phones in the bank, it was formed for a long time and lots of money deposited ...

At a bus stop, she had her baby arms, stumbled and fell, no one helped him up, it was a bit long lying on the floor, until he could sit up by itself ...

A family living in poverty, no dad, died long ago, live on his pension, the mother can not read or write, have nothing to eat and no neighbor can help ... at least to receive a pantry DIF ...

I can list countless stories that maybe you or maybe you suffered long you spent being part of a humanitarian effort ...

Maybe each human beings have our own humanitarian policy or not it simply, but perhaps should be regulated not you think so? ... Obviously this has to do with empathy, put some in another's shoes, but by so fast life, stay out of trouble, in order thousand things, people do not get involved in helping others by humanity. ..

Imagine what would happen if it were regulated if no "complaints" to the DIF to your neighbor starve, if you do not raise a woman who tripped and fell with the baby in her arms, or ask the lady what happens when you see he's all nervous talking on the cell, ... you would to a certain creditor sanction from the government?

They could report you for humanitarian indifference, even within the workplace, so do not ask, hello, how you followed the flu?

I know what you tell me, do not invent, it's too much, but it really may be would stop only thinking about ourselves and could be more humane.

Even having a humanitarian policy would help to have fewer suicides, fewer frustrated people and happier people because being empathic and help others help to happiness !!!...

I AM IN FAVOR OF A HUMANITARIAN POLICY!!!!!

LICITATION... 2nd Part.

Tenders may be public or private, that are made at the municipal, state and federal level, they may be in person, electronic or mixed.

The stages of a bid are: Call (content, formalities, effects, bases, annexes); bid Meeting; Integration proposals; Submission of proposals; qualitative evaluation of propositions (evaluation criteria); Fault (types of opinion).

In your country, must be different ways to bid, but here in Mexico although there are resources to lower by a tender, it is so cumbersome, complicated, lengthy, tedious, and out of step with the needs of the projects that most prefers not to go to these calls.

Here I leave a link so that I can meet in Mexico tenders:

Until next monday.
